What the difference means
If you sell 300 tickets at DKK 100, your guests pay DKK 2,169 in fees with Ticketo and DKK 4,119 with Billetto.
And you can withdraw the money while sales are running. That way the deposit, the band and purchases can be paid in good time, instead of waiting until the days after the event.

Questions we actually get
Who pays the fee?
By default the guest, on top of your price. You can choose to pay it yourself, so the guest pays exactly your price, and the fee with VAT is deducted from your payout.
Is there a commitment or a subscription?
No. DKK 0 for setup, no subscription and no commitment. You can delete both the event and the account again.
When can I withdraw the money?
Five days after each sale, even before the event has taken place. The transfer itself from Stripe to the bank takes up to 4 business days.
Can I move an event from Billetto to Ticketo?
Yes, but tickets already sold on Billetto stay there. Create the event with us, share the new link, and stop sales on Billetto.
