How to set it up

A talk with multiple dates is set up in fifteen minutes.

    Create the talk and add the dates

    Choose the time slots and number of spots for each date. Attendees see a calendar and choose for themselves.

    Add questions and choose the price

    Ask what you need to know, and choose whether the attendee or you pays the fee.

    Share the link, and follow sales

    See views, orders and conversion in the dashboard, so you know which posts bring in sign-ups.

    After the talk

    Attendees automatically get an email where they can give stars and a comment.

What does it cost?

DKK 0 for setup and subscription. The ticket fee is 2.79% plus DKK 2.99 plus VAT per ticket and is paid by the attendee by default. Free talks cost DKK 0.

Questions we actually get

Can I give the same talk on several dates?

Yes. Create an event with multiple time slots. The attendee chooses the date and time, and each date has its own number of spots.

Can I ask the attendees questions?

Yes. Add your own questions at registration, as free text or fixed options. The answers are in the guest list.

Can companies get a receipt?

The attendee gets a receipt with VAT that can be used in the accounts.

Can the guest pay a round price?

Yes. Choose to pay the fee yourself. Then the attendee pays exactly your price, and the fee with VAT is deducted from your payout.

Is a free talk free?

Yes. A free ticket costs DKK 0 for both you and the attendee, and you still get tickets, a guest list and email to everyone.
