What does a free sign-up cost?
Nothing. No fee for you, none for the guest and no cap on the number. The account and the event are free too.

A ticket for every guest
The guest gets a ticket with a QR code by email right away and can always find it again.
A scanner at the door
The scanner is a page in your phone's browser. You can have as many people at the door as you like, and a ticket can't be used twice.
Questions at registration
Ask about allergies, teams or workshops. The answers are in the guest list.
The number of spots you have
Set a number of spots. When they're taken, people can join a waitlist.
Email to everyone signed up
Send practical information to everyone at once, and print the guest list as a backup.
Only for the right people
Make the event private, lock registration with a code, or only give access to a specific email domain, e.g. the school's.
When free still costs
Most providers don't charge for free tickets, but not all. It's worth checking before you choose.

Questions we actually get
Is there really no fee on free tickets?
Yes. A DKK 0 ticket costs DKK 0. There's no fee for you and none for the guest, and you don't pay for the account or the event either.
Is there a cap on how many can sign up?
No. You decide the number of spots per ticket type yourself. When the spots are taken, people can join a waitlist, and you can open more whenever you want.
Can we mix free and paid tickets?
Yes. An event can have several ticket types, each with its own price, e.g. free for kids and DKK 120 for adults. The fee only applies to the paid tickets.
Can we see who's coming?
Yes. The guest list updates as people sign up, and on the day you can follow live who's come in. The list can be downloaded as a file and printed.
What if we want to charge later?
Then you add a paid ticket type. The fee of 2.79% plus DKK 2.99 plus VAT is paid by the guest by default, and you can withdraw the money 5 days after each sale.
