Ticketo costs you nothing
No subscription, no startup fee, no commitment. If you don't sell any tickets, you pay nothing. We earn from a fee per ticket sold.
What does a paid ticket cost?
The guest pays a small fee on top of your price. You get your price paid out in full.
- The ticket fee
- 2.79% plus DKK 2.99 per ticket, plus VAT. It is added on top of your price and paid by the guest. On a DKK 100 ticket, that is DKK 7.23 in total.
- MobilePay
- DKK 4.50 extra per order, only when the guest chooses MobilePay. Card has no surcharge.
- Klarna
- Off by default. If you turn it on, it costs 3.5% plus DKK 3.50 per order.
- Round price?
- Choose to pay the fee yourself. Then the guest pays exactly your price, and the fee with VAT is deducted from your payout.

- DKK 0. Not for you, and not for the guest.

The setting is on each event and can be changed until the first ticket is sold.
Frequently asked questions
When do I get the money paid out?
Five days after each sale, you can request a payout of the amount, even before the event. The transfer from Stripe to your bank takes up to 4 business days. If there is any risk of cancellation, it's a good idea to leave the money where it is until the event has taken place, so you can issue refunds without paying out of pocket.
Are there really no fixed costs?
No. If you don't sell any tickets, it costs DKK 0. You can keep the account for years without receiving a bill from us. There's no commitment and no cancellation.
Do free tickets cost anything?
No. If the ticket is set to DKK 0, there's no fee, not for you and not for the guest. That also applies to free tickets for an event where you also sell paid tickets.
Why is there a fee at all?
When someone pays with card, MobilePay or Apple Pay, the bank and Stripe charge a fee for moving the money. Our fee covers that, plus operations, development and support. It's the only revenue we have.
What happens with a refund?
You refund a ticket from the guest list. The guest gets the ticket price back minus a return fee of DKK 4 + 4% of the ticket price, and the service fee isn't refunded. The ticket price is deducted from your balance, which must be able to cover the amount.
Do we need a CVR number?
No. Both private individuals and associations without a CVR number can sell tickets. If you have a CVR number, you can enter it, so it appears on the receipts for your guests.
