More kinds of events
If your event doesn't have its own page above, you still get the same tools. Here are the most important ones for four other kinds of events.
Parties and nightlife
Sell drink vouchers as add-ons with an age limit of 16 or 18 and their own QR code that's scanned at the bar. Tickets can also be issued at the door from your phone.
Food, wine and tastings
Add several time slots to the same event, for example a tasting every hour, so the guests spread out. Ask about allergies at checkout, and sell extra glasses or menus as add-ons.
Workshops and classes
Set a cap on the spots for each ticket type. When the class is full, the ticket shows as sold out, and guests can join the waitlist.
Online events
Set the event to online, and attendees get the meeting link in the ticket email and on the receipt.
What every organizer gets
There are no tiers and no subscription. Every feature is included from your first event.
MobilePay and card, without your own agreement
Payments run through Stripe. You don't need a MobilePay agreement or a card terminal.
The scanner is a page on your phone
Nothing to install and no hardware. As many phones at the door as you like, and a ticket can't be used twice.
Withdraw the money 5 days after each sale
You don't have to wait until after the event. The money is held by Stripe, and you withdraw it from the dashboard whenever it suits you.
Your own organizer page
All your upcoming events on one page, and a button or event card for your own website.
Helpers with their own access
Volunteers and colleagues can get access as a scanner or co-owner without you sharing your login.
The ticket arrives right away
The guest gets the ticket with a QR code by email and can find and resend it on their own.
What does it cost?
The same for every type of event, and only when you sell paid tickets.
Free tickets
DKK 0. Not for you, and not for the guest.
The ticket fee
2.79% plus DKK 2.99 per ticket, plus VAT. It is added on top of your price and paid by the guest. On a DKK 100 ticket, that is DKK 7.23 in total.
MobilePay
DKK 4.50 extra per order, only when the guest chooses MobilePay. Card has no surcharge.
Round price?
Choose to pay the fee yourself. Then the guest pays exactly your price, and the fee with VAT is deducted from your payout.
Including VAT. If the guest chooses MobilePay, DKK 4.50 is added per order.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the same account for different types of events?
Yes. Every account includes every feature, and there are no tiers. For each event, you choose whether it's free or paid, public or private, and which ticket types and add-ons it has.
Can I have free and paid tickets for the same event?
Yes. The free tickets still cost DKK 0, even when other ticket types for the same event are paid. That's useful when, for example, children get in free and adults pay.
Can guests choose a date or a time?
Yes. An event can have several time slots, for example a tasting every hour or a course over several dates, and the guest chooses at checkout. A time slot that's full shows as sold out.
How quickly do I get the money?
Five days after each sale, you can request a payout of the amount, even before the event. The transfer from Stripe to your bank takes up to 4 business days.
Does the scanner work without internet?
No. The scanner needs an internet connection so the system can reject a ticket that has already been used. You can download the guest list as a file and print it as a backup, and we're working on a mobile app that can scan without an internet connection.
Can you help me set it up?
Yes. Write to support@ticketo.dk and tell us what you're planning. You'll get an answer from a person who knows the system, not from a call center.
Build your first event today
The account takes about a minute, and the event 5 to 15 minutes. Make it visible only to people with the link while you try things out.
